Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at taib16el@gmail.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. We will review your request within 2 business days and let you know the next steps.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at taib16el@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom products. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
